Having known success in several challenging positions across the private and public sector in Lebanon, Mr. Jamil has acquired a reputation of excellence and is now the proud head of Samana group from which our travel and tourism agency emerged.

Making his way from the city of Saida in the Lebanese South, Mr. Jamil graduated as a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Accounting from the Lebanese American University, formerly Beirut University College, and soon became an adviser to the Lebanese ministry of finance (1992 - 2001). He then made his entry to the private sector becoming a regional manager at Bank Med SAL (2001 – 2010) and since then, his name was linked with high-profile Lebanese and regional figures like Mr. Baha’a Rafic Hariri (personal representative of his business group 2008-2014) and Mr. Antoun Sehnaoui (adviser for strategic and business development of SGBL Group). Moreover, Mr. Jamil was the Chairman of Verdun ABC Mall (2011 – 2014) and a Board member of Abdali Investment & Development, in addition to other real estate and private equity companies.

Aside from his extraordinary professional resume, Mr. Jamil is a devoted father, a keen reader, and a known philanthropist whose initiatives included founding the JJB Dialysis Centre and the Al-Najla Donation, all which earned him the “A” classification as per the Lebanese Ministry of Health.

Hassan occupies a key role at Samana where he directly supervises and looks after the company’s financials. His responsibilities also include designing policies and strategies for business development, researching the market, and reaching out to external contacts. He has graduated with a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from the Lebanese American University in Beirut and has since contributed greatly to Samana’s overall business status.

Hassan enjoys nothing more than building relationships and helping Samana grow. He looks forward working with businesses and further building relationships with corporate clients.

Mosbah keeps up with everything new and trending in the field so that the community which Samana nurtures wouldn’t miss out on any upcoming opportunities. He keeps a close eye on the market and handles all Samana’s publicity and advertising campaigns, rendering him indispensable to the overall business development of our brand.

Being a remarkably talented young woman herself, Mona is in charge of Samana’s recruitment process which includes assessing, locating, and recruiting talented individuals who are expected to become assets in their respective fields.

Mona graduated as a Bachelor in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut in 2020 and later pursued a Masters in Human Resources Management from Brunel University of London. She has held the position of recruitment specialist at Samana since 2016 in which she recruited talents into leading companies in the MENA region, introduced Samana to the market through presentations and workshops across different campuses, and most importantly, implemented a consistent and transparent online recruiting process which constitutes the pillar of our work.

Mona has taken on several projects promoting equal rights for domestic workers in Lebanon and continues to be a fierce advocate of human rights and the freedom of speech in the country and region.
